ICQ’s Radicals 4 Christ is dedicated to helping middle and high school students deepen their faith, build strong character, and foster meaningful relationships. This dynamic church program, designed for 13 to 19-year-olds, offers a welcoming environment where young people can gather to worship and learn about God in ways that resonate with their experiences and challenges. With a blend of contemporary and timeless teachings, Radicals 4 Christ ensures that faith remains a relevant and integral part of their lives.

ICQ’s youths are the future leaders of our community, and our mission is to ignite a passionate love for Jesus in their hearts. Through engaging activities, heartfelt worship, and practical teaching, we aim to equip them with the tools they need to navigate the pressures they encounter daily—whether at home, school, or within the broader cultural context. By providing a supportive and empowering environment, Radicals4Christ youths can grow in their faith, stand firm against societal pressures, and become confident, compassionate followers of Christ.

International Chapel Queens, New York (ICQ) is one of the over 50,000 Parishes of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), which is led by Pastor E. A. Adeboye, the General overseer. RCCG was established in Lagos, Nigeria, in 1952 by the Late Rev. Josiah Akindayomi and has rapidly grown to the glory of God, with thousands of parishes and over 10 million worshipers worldwide. There are abiding visions and missions of the RCCG. These are: To make Heaven. To take as many people with us. To have a member of RCCG in every family of all nations. To accomplish No. 1 above, holiness will be our lifestyle. To accomplish No. 2 above, we will plant churches within five minutes of walking distance in every city and town of developing countries and within five minutes of driving distance in every city and town of developed countries.

1999 ICQ is one of over 700 Parishes in the RCCG Americas 1. It was founded on October 24, 1999, by Pastor Olusegun Obed. The first meeting was held at Ramada Plaza JFK Hotel, South Ozone, New York.

On March 23, 2003, Pastor Obed retired from the Redeemed Christian Church of God. The mantle of leadership fell on Pastor Olayinka Alamu, who is currently the Pastor-In-Charge of the Parish. Under Pastor Alamu’s passionate leadership, the church has achieved significant milestones in transforming lives and building Godly families, and the emergence of exceptional workers, some of whom are now Pastors of RCCG Parishes. Four Parishes (International Chapel Tripple H in Long Island, Zion Sanctuary in Queens, House of Praise in Long Island, and Dunamis Assembly in Queens) have been planted with substantial membership and workers drawn from ICQ, a testament to the church’s growth and impact.
