Pastor (Dr.) Olayinka Alamu

Province 11 Lead Pastor

Pastor Olayinka Akinlabi Alamu is a charismatic preacher of the word and the Pastor-In-Charge of International Chapel Queens, a vibrant and dynamic family church in Queens New York. He is exemplified by his practical and disciplined style of teachings.
Called to ministry in 2003, Pastor Olayinka Alamu is passionate about: transforming lives to build strong and Godly families; building marriages that work; inspiring others to find their purpose and to fulfill them.
He has inspired many workers through biblical-based teachings and principles, many of whom have become pastors.
He is currently the Provincial Pastor of RCCG America 1 – Province 11, Secretary to Province 1 in Region 6, and the member of the program Committee in Region 6.
Pastor Olayinka Alamu is happily married to Pastor Adedayo and they are blessed with three wonderful children, Toluwanimi, Ibukunoluwa, and Oluwajoba.

Pastor Adedayo Alamu fondly called Pastor “D” is a multi-talented and resourceful wife of Pastor Olayinka Alamu. She serves as the Assistant Pastor of International Chapel Queens.
A Certified Rehabilitation Counselor by profession, she has been in ministry alongside her husband since 2003.
She is a woman of excellence, a teacher of the word, a prayer warrior and also very dedicated to the work of God. She has been happily married to Pastor Olayinka Akinlabi Alamu since 1998 and are blessed with three wonderful children.

Pastor (Dr.) Olayinka Akinlabi Alamu is a charismatic Pastor of the word and the Pastor-In-Charge of International Chapel Queens, a vibrant and dynamic family church in Queens, New York. He is exemplified by his practical and disciplined style of teaching.

Since his calling to the ministry in 2003, Pastor Olayinka has been driven by a deep passion for transforming lives and building strong, Godly families. His dedication to building marriages that work and inspiring others to find and fulfill their purpose is truly inspiring.

Pastor Olayinka’s influence extends beyond the International Chapel Queens. His biblical-based teachings and principles have inspired many workers, some of whom have gone on to become Pastors themselves. As the Provincial Pastor of Province 1, the Coordinator of Sports and Recreation in Region 6, and a member of the Program Committee in Region 6, his impact is felt far and wide.

Pastor Adedayo Alamu

Pastor Adedayo Alamu, fondly called Pastor “D,” is a multi-talented and resourceful wife of Pastor Olayinka Alamu. She serves as a Co-Pastor with her husband.

She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor by profession and has been in ministry alongside her husband since 2003.

We acknowledge Jesus Christ as the head of our church and fully submit ourselves to His will. In every aspect of our ministry our goal is always to honor and glorify the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe the Bible is God’s inspired authoritative and trustworthy rule of faith and practice for Christians. Therefore, we submit ourselves to its teaching, commit ourselves to do what it says, and yield our lives to become what Christ desires for us to be.
We believe in the power of prayer. Therefore, the ministries and activities our church will be characterized by a reliance on personal and corporate prayer in all areas of our lives and ministry.

International Chapel Queens, New York (ICQ) is one of the over 50,000 Parishes of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), which is led by Pastor E. A. Adeboye, the General overseer. RCCG was established in Lagos, Nigeria, in 1952 by the Late Rev. Josiah Akindayomi and has rapidly grown to the glory of God, with thousands of parishes and over 10 million worshipers worldwide. There are abiding visions and missions of the RCCG. These are: To make Heaven. To take as many people with us. To have a member of RCCG in every family of all nations. To accomplish No. 1 above, holiness will be our lifestyle. To accomplish No. 2 above, we will plant churches within five minutes of walking distance in every city and town of developing countries and within five minutes of driving distance in every city and town of developed countries.

1999 ICQ is one of over 700 Parishes in the RCCG Americas 1. It was founded on October 24, 1999, by Pastor Olusegun Obed. The first meeting was held at Ramada Plaza JFK Hotel, South Ozone, New York.

On March 23, 2003, Pastor Obed retired from the Redeemed Christian Church of God. The mantle of leadership fell on Pastor Olayinka Alamu, who is currently the Pastor-In-Charge of the Parish. Under Pastor Alamu’s passionate leadership, the church has achieved significant milestones in transforming lives and building Godly families, and the emergence of exceptional workers, some of whom are now Pastors of RCCG Parishes. Four Parishes (International Chapel Tripple H in Long Island, Zion Sanctuary in Queens, House of Praise in Long Island, and Dunamis Assembly in Queens) have been planted with substantial membership and workers drawn from ICQ, a testament to the church’s growth and impact.
